When we  are given the go ahead to proceed with the works, we ask for a deposit for the works.

Any large material investment, we ask for prompt weekly settlement.

A labour invoice is issued weekly , and paid promptly by the client.  This is to ensure that you have continuity of the project in hand and that the trades people continue to follow through with their work.

Any specialist Contractors such as Electricians, Plumbers, Boiler  Engineers will invoice you directly as per their requirements, and likewise will require prompt payment also to cover their Material and labour Costs.

Payment may be made via Cheque  or  BACS

Rest assured we , and all the other trades people who work at your property carry the appropreate Public Liabiity insurance.
